Probably the greatest thing about this model is the fact that it is the only one that you can plug straight into a standard VGA monitor. The A3000 is one of my favorite computers, I now have two, so I've got one standing by in case the one I'm using should fail. The spare is pictured above, both are 25Mhz models.

The one that I use is an old beat up one. It's missing the Power LED, and the floppy cover that can be seen in the picture above. While only a Revision 6.1 motherboard I've upgraded it to the latest revision chips, added a Ethernet board and a Picasso IV video board, and have taken it up to the full 2Mb Chip RAM, and 16Mb Fast RAM. I plan to add an accelerator in the near future, partially to get more speed, partially to be able to add more Fast RAM, since I haven't been able to find a Zorro 3 RAM expansion board such as the DKB-3128.

I think the main problem with the A3000 is the lack of a 5.25"
